Pink Hibiscus Flower - Acrylic Downloadable Painting Pattern - Created on a 12 by 12 gallery canvas, artist Connie Clark created this large Pink Hibiscus Flower as a fun weekend project for the new to intermediate painter who wants to build their artistic confidence. Painted in acrylics using a wet on dry painting technique, Connie describes the step of the painting in this mini - lesson. The painting pattern includes, line drawing, step by step instructions and close upphotographs to follow along.

Artist Connie Clark shares a little history of the flower: "The Hibiscus is a member of the Malvaceae, mallow family of plants. They are grown for their beautiful, showy flowers and are found in many homes and gardens. While wandering our local garden center I found this lovely soft pink Hibiscus tucked in amongst the usual bright red varieties and was so impressed with its delicate folds I immediately wanted to paint it. I hope you get as much pleasure in painting this lovely flower as I did."
