Create Canvas Wall Art for Home Decor

This Acrylic Painting Pattern features a pair of vegetable paintings to decorate any small or large space in your home.

These vegetable designs can also be enlarged to fit any size canvas to make a bold statement in your kitchen or dining room.

Perfect painting lesson for a beginner to intermediate painter alike.

The written instructions in this painting pattern explain the step by step painting process, from painting the background to the finished vegetables.

Artist Donna Richards has used simple painting techniques such as wet in wet blending, glazing transparent colors over a dried base color and some detail work executed with a liner brush.

Painted using Traditions Artists Acrylics, however these painting patterns could easily be converted to oil painting as the painting techniques would be the same.

Artists will learn how to paint a simple carrot and how to paint a beet. The designs could also be teamed up on one canvas. Get creative and have fun.

Fun Word Art For the Kitchen

Think outside the box...have a little extra fun customizing your paintings to fit that special space in your home. How about adding a few special quotes or word art to make this into a special painted project for the home.

Paint the design on an over sized canvas surface and add the extra words at the bottom.

Print your required size font from your own printer and trace lettering onto your painted surface. Add a real whimsical and popular element to your art work!

Artists will learn how to paint a simple carrot and beet. The designs can be teamed up on one canvas as featured above or add word art to make them extra special. Get creative and have fun with these two designs for the beginning artist.
